ALASKA EXPLORER ESCORTED LAND TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1 - Monday
Fly into Fairbanks, the Golden Heart City. Transfer via hotel courtesy shuttle and overnight in Fairbanks (or purchase meet/transfer service from Premier).
Day 2 - Tuesday
Breakfast will be included this morning. Today learn how the gold rush affected Alaska's interior on a sightseeing tour with an included visit to the University of Alaska, Fairbanks Museum. Time is available for shopping, walking or dining on your own in the downtown area. Cruise on the Chena River aboard a sternwheeler and experience the thrill of river travel. Travel back to the time when traditional riverboats plied the waterways of Alaska's interior during the late 1800's. Tonight, partake in an optional authentic salmon bake. overnight Fairbanks.
Day 3 - Wednesday
Breakfast will be included this morning. Ride the motorcoach south to Denali National Park. Enjoy an afternoon of exploring this pristine area at your leisure by either participating in a complimentary park service activity or an optional tour. There are many to choose from including mild or wild river rafting, flight seeing Mt. Denali, a jet boat safari on the Nenana River or a visit to an Iditarod champion Dog Kennel. Day 4 - Thursday
Breakfast will be included this morning. This morning, travel deep into Denali National Park on the Tundra Wilderness Tour and search the pristine wilderness for bear, moose, caribou, and dall sheep. This six to eight hour journey is narrated allowing for unique insight into the animals as well as the flora and fauna of this spectacular region. A snack is included on board. Day 5 - Friday
Breakfast will be included this morning. This morning travel by motorcoach to the climbing town of Talkeetna. Watch for a glimpse of the majestic Mt. This afternoon your journey continues south to Anchorage by rail in Deluxe Dome Railcars.
Day 6 - Saturday
Breakfast will be included this morning. Enjoy a city tour of Anchorage, which includes the historic downtown district and an included visit to the Alaska Native Heritage Center, a gathering place that celebrates, perpetuates and shares Alaska Native cultures. Tonight, feast on an Alaskan style meal and share tales from the road with your traveling companions.

Day 7 - Sunday
Breakfast will be included this morning. Your Alaska Explorer Tour comes to an end with a hotel courtesy transfer to the airport (or purchase meet/transfer service from Premier).
